Dr. Osborne is an Ohio native who earned a B.S. degree in Zoology from the University of Cincinnati in 1956.
He stayed in the Buckeye State to study medicine at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1960.
Dr. Osborne then came to the west coast to serve his Internship at USC Los Angeles County Medical Center, went back to Ohio to Cincinnati General Hospital to serve a year Residency in General Surgery, prior to returning here in 1962 to complete his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at LAC/USC.
He completed a Fellowship in Hand Surgery at Campbell Clinic in Memphis before starting in private practice in 1968.
Dr. Osborne later served as Associate Professor of Orthopaedics at USC School of Medicine.
He is on the active staffs at Queen of the Valley Hospital and Inter-Community Medical Center.
Dr. Osborne likes gardening, woodworking, studying Spanish, weight training, and coaching wrestling.
