Please call our office to make an appointment in advance. If you're unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may reschedule that time slot. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we're late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.

Insurance and Payment Information
Orthopaedic Medical Group and Athletic Rehabilitation Center are members of most area HMO's and Preferred Provider organizations and accept assignment from Medicare.
We make every effort to minimize the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and most credit cards for your convenience. We'll bill your insurance company; however, payment is the patient's responsibility. We'll help in any way we can to assist you with claims.
Group talks and slide presentations are available by contacting the office. Subjects include joint, knee and shoulder replacement, arthritis, sports medicine, and common pediatric orthopaedic conditions. Free literature is available in the office.
Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. It is given to all new patients, and a copy is available upon request.
